Payment options

1. Offline credit card payment: American Express, Diners, Visa, Mastercard
   Note: By using our offline credit card payment, you choose the terms of payment. By faxing us the Credit card authorisation Form, we are given authorization to charge the complete amount according to the chosen terms of payment . All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Zagrebačka banka d.d.
   
   
2. Cash payment in Croatia
   Guests from Croatia can pay for their reservations by payment slip directly to our account.
   
   
3. Money order from abroad
   Foreign guests can pay for their reservations to our account by money order.
   
   
TERMS OF PAYMENT
According to our General Travel Terms, payment of reservation can be done in 2 ways:
full payment can be made right after reservation confirmation or in 2 installments.
If you opt for the 2 installments, advance payment is executed right after reservation confirmation, and reservation balance is to be paid until the date stated in the calculation/proforma invoice, which you will receive from us after reservation confirmation.
Amount of advance payment and amounts and dates of balance payment/total price varies according to type of service/reservation:
100% of the price of reservation upon granted inquiry (necessary in case there is less than 30 days before date of arrival)
50% of the price of reservation upon granted inquiry
50% of the price of reservation minimally 30 days before the first day of reservation

PAYMENT RECEIPT
Upon execution of advance payment you will receive confirmation of payment and detailed information on your reservation
Upon payment of 100% of the amount or balance you will receive the Bill specifying all payments made.
